The program comprises theoretical workshops and practical classes, encompassing all employees of the company, because safety starts with each employee individually, and each of them is able to favor safe working conditions. The training program is differentiated subject to responsibility and competence level of employees.
In parallel with introduction of the basically new safe behavior training program for employees,SIA Ventspils nafta termināls continues also the previously successfully commenced projects in this area. SIA Ventspils nafta termināls organizes implementation of labor protection policy with assistance of the Environment and Labor Protection Service. In order to ensure and further improve safe working conditions, versatile measures are taken each year to ensure internal monitoring of working environment, by including also assessment of working environment risk, training of employees on labor protection, control and monitoring measures, as well as information of the company and cooperation partners.
