On November 21, 2011 SIA ""Ventspils nafta" termināls" concluded the contract No L-JPR-11-0150 with the "Investment and development agency of Latvia" regarding the implementation of the project "Introduction of the reverse transhipment services and development of the related infrastructure". Within the scope of the project SIA ""Ventspils nafta" termināls" plans to introduce a completely new service into its range of services - reverse transhipment services, or loading in the opposite direction with the opportunity to offer customers mixing or blending of light oil products.
